Time Lost Through Missed Appointments

As a Practice we lose over 30 hours each month through missed appointments.  Making it more difficult for Patients to book appointments.

If you are unable to attend for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by telephoning the surgery as soon as possible, ideally 2 days before.
