Repeat Prescriptions

Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Your prescription will be ready for collection 2 working days later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).

Emis Access Messaging Service can be used for ordering scripts that are not on repeat such as DMARD’s, Contraception and HRT. (Please indicate which surgery you wish to collect the prescription from).

Do not use this as a query service, it is not viewed by clinical staff. We will not reply to these emails.

Prescriptions are not taken over the phone.

Ask your Pharmacist about services for collections and deliveries of prescriptions.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you may be asked to make an appointment
