Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by phoning a dedicated telephone line 01904 721872 daily from 10.00am to 12.00pm.  Please state clearly your name, address and contact phone number and which surgery you will collect your prescription from.  List all medications required and your prescription will be available within 2 working days.  Have your repeat prescription form to hand when phoning your request. 

This line is just for regular prescriptions only.  Reception staff will contact you in case of any queries we may have.

We are pleased to announce that patients are now able to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and leave messages via the internet using our online booking service.

EMIS Online Repeat Prescription Ordering

Emis Access Messaging Service can be used for ordering scripts that are not on repeat such as DMARD’s, Contraception and HRT. (Please indicate which surgery you wish to collect the prescription from).

Do not use this as a query service, it is not viewed by clinical staff. We will not reply to these emails.

Ask your Pharmacist about services for collections and deliveries of prescriptions.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you may be asked to make an appointment
